These Special Terms apply specifically to orders of cakes, photo/custom cakes, flower bouquets and cake + bouquet combos placed with Sri Bhavanarayana Foods — in addition to, and consistent with, our Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Advance Preparation Time · ముందస్తు తయారీ సమయం
Cake orders may require advance preparation time. Customers should place orders sufficiently in advance for the requested delivery date.
కేకు ఆర్డర్‌లకు ముందస్తు తయారీ సమయం అవసరం కావచ్చు. కోరిన డెలివరీ తేదీకి సరిపడేలా, కస్టమర్లు ఆర్డర్‌లను తగినంత ముందుగా చేయాలి.
2. Requested Delivery Date & Time · కోరిన డెలివరీ తేదీ & సమయం
The requested delivery date/time is subject to availability and successful order confirmation. A requested time is not guaranteed until confirmed by Sri Bhavanarayana Foods.
కోరిన డెలివరీ తేదీ/సమయం అందుబాటు మరియు విజయవంతమైన ఆర్డర్ నిర్ధారణపై ఆధారపడి ఉంటుంది. శ్రీ భావనారాయణ ఫుడ్స్ నిర్ధారించే వరకు కోరిన సమయం హామీ ఇవ్వబడినది కాదు.
3. Custom Cakes · కస్టమ్ కేకులు
Custom designs, colours, photographs, names, messages and decorative elements may have reasonable variations depending on ingredients, decoration materials and preparation requirements. The final cake will remain reasonably consistent with the confirmed order.
కస్టమ్ డిజైన్‌లు, రంగులు, ఫోటోలు, పేర్లు, సందేశాలు మరియు అలంకరణ అంశాలలో పదార్థాలు, అలంకరణ సామగ్రి మరియు తయారీ అవసరాలను బట్టి సహేతుకమైన మార్పులు ఉండవచ్చు. తుది కేకు నిర్ధారించిన ఆర్డర్‌కు సహేతుకంగా అనుగుణంగా ఉంటుంది.
4. Size, Flavour & Weight · సైజు, ఫ్లేవర్ & బరువు
The customer should verify the selected flavour, size/weight, design and message before confirming the order.
ఆర్డర్ నిర్ధారించే ముందు ఎంచుకున్న ఫ్లేవర్, సైజు/బరువు, డిజైన్ మరియు సందేశాన్ని కస్టమర్ జాగ్రత్తగా పరిశీలించాలి.
5. Delivery · డెలివరీ
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code and a reachable phone number. Delivery may be affected by traffic, weather, local restrictions, courier/logistics issues or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

6. Freshness & Storage · తాజాతనం & నిల్వ
Cakes are perishable food products. Customers should follow the storage and consumption instructions supplied with the cake and should avoid leaving perishable cakes at unsuitable temperatures for extended periods.
కేకులు త్వరగా పాడయ్యే ఆహార పదార్థాలు. కేకుతో పాటు అందించిన నిల్వ మరియు వినియోగ సూచనలను కస్టమర్లు పాటించాలి; పాడవగల కేకులను అనుకూలం కాని ఉష్ణోగ్రతల వద్ద ఎక్కువ కాలం ఉంచకూడదు.
7. Cancellation · రద్దు
Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible. Once preparation of a custom/fresh cake has started, cancellation or refund is subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

8. Damaged, Wrong or Missing Cake · దెబ్బతిన్న, తప్పు లేదా లేని కేకు
If a customer receives a wrong, damaged or materially defective cake, the customer should contact Sri Bhavanarayana Foods promptly with the order ID and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging where appropriate, so the issue can be verified and an appropriate remedy can be considered.

Applicable ingredient and allergen information is provided on the relevant product page, packaging or through customer support as required by applicable food regulations. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should contact us before placing an order where clarification is required.

10. Bouquets · బుకేలు
Flower varieties and colours may vary based on seasonal availability. Where a specific flower or material is unavailable, a reasonably comparable substitution may be made, without materially changing the nature of the ordered bouquet.

Cake and custom orders are subject to successful payment and order confirmation where online payment is applicable.

Customers should carefully check the recipient name, phone number, delivery address, delivery date, time preference, cake message and other order details before confirmation.
