Freshly Prepared Products — Preparation Time Notice

Traditional taste takes time. Several Sri Bhavanarayana Foods products are prepared fresh in batches, and some are prepared against customer orders. Please read this notice before ordering.
1. Fresh Preparation
Selected traditional sweets and food products may be prepared fresh periodically or based on customer orders, rather than being held in ready stock. This is part of how we maintain authentic taste and quality.
2. Preparation Time
Freshly prepared products may require additional preparation time before they can be dispatched. Preparation time varies by product, batch size and order volume.
If your order requires additional preparation time, we will inform you through WhatsApp, phone or email with an updated estimate.
3. Dispatch & Delivery Estimates
Any delivery estimate begins after the applicable preparation time and dispatch, and depends on the courier/logistics partner and destination. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, unless expressly stated.
4. Ordering Ahead
For bulk orders, festivals, functions or gifting, we recommend ordering early and confirming preparation timelines with us on WhatsApp or phone so we can prepare and dispatch on schedule.
5. Freshness, Shelf Life & Storage
Freshly prepared products have a natural shelf life, which is indicated on the product page or packaging where applicable. Please store products as directed on the packaging and consume them within the indicated period for the best taste and safety.

Food Product Information & Regulatory Compliance
Product pages and packaging are intended to carry the food information required by applicable Indian law, including the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, applicable FSSAI regulations, food-labelling requirements, and Legal Metrology (packaged commodity) requirements — such as product name, net quantity, ingredients, vegetarian declaration, shelf life/date marking, MRP and manufacturer/packer details, where applicable.
Our products are vegetarian. Allergen and nutritional declarations, where required, are provided on the product packaging.
FSSAI Registration/Certificate No.: 20126071001012. A FoSCoS modification application relating to the business/firm name is in progress. The website will be updated if and when a revised certificate is issued.
Applicable tax information, including GST where applicable, will be reflected on invoices/product information as required by applicable law.
