Like most websites, our hosting platform may automatically record limited technical information (such as browser type and server logs) needed to operate and secure the website.

Marketing consent is entirely optional and separate from order-related communication: order confirmations, delivery coordination and support messages about your own orders may be sent on WhatsApp as part of fulfilling your order, and do not require marketing opt-in. We never add numbers from orders to our marketing list without explicit opt-in consent.

Online payments are processed through our configured payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or payment passwords on our systems. The payment gateway processes such data under its own security standards and privacy policy.

5. Sharing With Service Providers

Where necessary, we share limited information with service providers solely for legitimate business purposes and order fulfilment — for example: payment processors (to process payments and refunds), courier/logistics providers (to deliver your order), hosting/technology providers (to operate the website) and communication services (to send order alerts and confirmations). Such sharing is subject to applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information — including authenticated access to administrative systems and encrypted (HTTPS) communication.
